A few weeks ago I called my husband in a full panic attack because I had gone days and weeks on end with less than an hour of straight sleep. That day, I reached out to Gracey, who was so understanding and helpful! She helped me schedule my baby's sleep and naps with a few 1:1 sessions. Finally Sleeping
I started the Ab rehab program and hopes to correct my posture, repair my diastases, improve pain in my overall function. I was trying to avoid surgery. Within the first week I noticed a significant decrease in my lower back pain as well as my pain from my Diastasis. I no longer cringe when my littles come to jump on my lap as it is no longer painful. I started noticing physical results within the first week, my stomach was becoming smaller and I was no longer having rib flare. Surgery really is not the option option!

Today is 2 weeks since i started sleep training my twins. In two weeks the girls went from needing me to hold them and their naps were about 20 minutes long, to sleeping 11 hours last night. It's been 'xyz' months/years since my last delivery, is it too late for me to do the ab rehab?

Once postpartum, always postpartum. It's never too late to heal! The plan is for everyone at any point in their postpartum journey. This is a comprehensive program that will help to strengthen your core, strengthen your pelvic floor, heal diastasis, and restore core function. Our clients see and feel results whether they are 2 weeks postpartum or even 20 + years postpartum.

What equipment is needed for the ab rehab?

✓Foam Roller - 36" is best Small
✓Exercise Ball (about 9", can also be a kid's toy ball)
✓Hip Circle (12.5" circular resistance band)
✓Long Resistance Band with handles (15-20lbs)

How soon can I start postpartum?

You can start the Ab Rehab (and any other section of the app) whenever you feel ready after delivery. The ACOG has updated its guidelines and now recommends that if you had a normal vaginal delivery and healthy pregnancy then a woman can start exercise and recovery after delivery when she is ready. With any questions, please be sure to consult with your doctor.
